Greet\u2019s story of self-discovery and renewal<\/h5><\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Hi, I\u2019m Greet\u2014 a mother of three and grandmother of five, embracing both the joys and challenges of family. Yet, my path was forged through trials.<\/p>

Growing up, my mother’s struggles with motherhood cast shadows on our family. Her battles with reciprocal depression left us, her children, to navigate life’s complexities alone. Amidst this, my grandparents provided unwavering love and support, teaching me resilience in the face of adversity.<\/p>

At 16, against daunting odds, I left school, embarking on a journey of self-discovery in a world that felt unforgiving. Yet, amidst the chaos, there was a protective energy from the Universe, guiding me along the way.<\/p>

In my twenties, I welcomed three beautiful children, and it was during this time that meditation became my guiding light and refuge. Joining a community akin to an ashram, I glimpsed the potential for inner peace and growth.\u00a0My interest in life\u2019s meaning grew, and I began practising meditation every morning and evening. During my studies at University in Gent, I briefly paused my meditation practice, but I soon realised that without it, life felt routine and lacked depth. Something was missing. Yoga uplifted my spirits, strengthened my body, and connected me to profound inner peace.\u00a0<\/span>The pivotal moment arrived when I pursued Psychology, delving into the human psyche\u2019s depths. In 2014, after years of dedication, I earned my degree in Clinical Psychology.<\/span><\/p>

Completing my intensive yoga teacher training and becoming a sound practitioner with gongs, I discovered my true calling. Yoga, with its transformative power, became my life\u2019s beacon, and [Emotional Wellbeing] was born\u2014a sanctuary where seekers could come to reconnect with their inner light, nourish their souls, and embrace the harmony within.
